The event began at one of 4 starting locations in either Bangor, Brewer, Herman, or Hampden and everyone hiked from their starting location to the Bangor Waterfront for a festival of prizes, food, fun, and friends!

As part of our mission as Youth MOVE Maine, we desire “to impact systems of care, we use youth-driven and youth-guided practices to create awareness surrounding issues important to young people.” Homelessness is an issue that affects many young people in Maine, and one that many of those engaged with our organization hold dear to their hearts.
